Shipping & Returns
Orders can take between 1-2 Business days to be shipped, please note if we require verification this may take long.
Sale items can take up to a week to be processed and sent out, we aim to do it much faster but please during this time be patient with us whilst we get through all orders.
Pre-orders will be shipped on the date listed within the product description. Delivery costs will also depend on the destination of the order. All orders are dispatched with DHL Express as we aim to get your orders to you as quick as possible. We only offer Express delivery on all orders.
Please be assured we aim to get
your order to you as soon as possible.
The delivery options depending on your destination will be available at checkout. We require a signature on all orders, if you’d like your order to be delivered with no signature, please follow the steps provided by DHL to do this.
Please note that once the order has been completed, we are unable to change any information on the order due to security reasons. DHL do offer other alternatives such as changing the address, collecting your order at your local depot – this is available on their website.
We do not accept PO Boxes.

Once your order has left out a facility the order is no longer our responsibility. Please assure to always track your order and keep in contact with the courier. If you face any issues with your delivery, please contact DHL Express.

Duties & Taxes
All orders placed through Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes depending on the destination of your order. All countries vary. Returns and Exchanges

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Please note if your name or order number is not included this will occur delays. If the order is not identified we will not be able to refund or exchange the item.
Conditions for Refunds:
Orders are refundable if requested within a 24 hour period via our email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are a ready to made brand and orders are sent directly to our warehouse as soon as they made and we are unable to modify them. If you request to cancel your order, the payment will be sent to the original payment method and will be with you within 7 working days after proceed.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods were not used or damaged
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- Goods which are on sale or being discounted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Exchange request must be made within 7 days after delivery. Exchange times are only subject to availability, please contact customer service and they will provide you an estimation of your requested size. Please use a reliable and trackable courier, include the shoes within the packaging it came in. Please note the shoes must be in the same condition they were sent before receiving an exchange.
Please note we do not accept returns or refunds on clearance items.
