Delivery Information


Orders can take between 1-2 Business days to be shipped, please note if we require verification this may take long.

Sale items can take up to a week to be processed and sent out, we aim to do it much faster but please during this time be patient with us whilst we get through all orders.

Pre-orders will be shipped on the date listed within the product description. Delivery costs will also depend on the destination of the order. All orders are dispatched with DHL Express as we aim to get your orders to you as quick as possible. We only offer Express delivery on all orders.

Please be assured we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.  


The delivery options depending on your destination will be available at checkout. We require a signature on all orders, if you’d like your order to be delivered with no signature, please follow the steps provided by DHL to do this.  


Please note that once the order has been completed, we are unable to change any information on the order due to security reasons. DHL do offer other alternatives such as changing the address, collecting your order at your local depot – this is available on their website.



We do not accept PO Boxes.

Once your order has left out a facility the order is no longer our responsibility. Please assure to always track your order and keep in contact with the courier. If you face any issues with your delivery, please contact DHL Express.

Duties & Taxes


All orders placed through Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes depending on the destination of your order. All countries vary. For any quires, please feel free to contact us at




Refunds/Exchanges –


Please note we only accept exchanges. Returns must be accepted through our email

Please assure when sending the items back they are within their original state and are returned back new & unsured including all BYDOSE dust bags.


Return shipping fees will not be credited back.


Please allow up to 5 business days to process returns depending on availability.
